What we collect
When you contact us through this website (by submitting our contact form, calling, or emailing us) we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, and any message content. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and provide title and escrow services.
This website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors find and use the site. GA4 collects anonymous information about your browser, device, location (city level), and the pages you visit. We do not store or share personal data with advertisers, and we do not sell visitor data.
Cookies and consent

Wire fraud protection & data handling
For real estate closings handled by Accent Title Insurance Agency, all sensitive information (including wire instructions, social security numbers, and closing statements) is shared exclusively through Closinglock’s secure portal. We do not send wire instructions or sensitive documents by email. If you ever receive an email claiming to be from Accent Title with wire instructions or asking you to verify sensitive information, do not act on it. Contact our office directly at (239) 482-5984.
Your rights
If you would like to know what personal data we have on file, request a copy, request correction, or request deletion, contact us at closings@accenttitleinsurance.com or call (239) 482-5984. We respond to verified requests within thirty days.
Security
This website is served exclusively over HTTPS with HSTS enforced. We maintain a public security contact for responsible disclosure at /.well-known/security.txt. If you believe you’ve discovered a security vulnerability, please reach out through that channel.
